- No sharing of consent data. These vendors are contractually restricted to using your information solely to deliver the messages you have requested.
- Transactional only. The SMS program is limited to transactional messages — such as webinar and consultation confirmations, reminders, appointment updates, and account-related support. We do not send promotional or marketing SMS under this program.
- Message frequency & rates. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Crybex Technologies Ltd does not charge you to receive messages.
- Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS. For help, reply HELP or email us at [email protected].
- Not required. Providing SMS consent is optional and is never required as a condition of registering for our webinar, accessing the replay, booking a consultation, or using any other part of our service.
